Production and Quality Control

Up-to-date facilities enabling integrated production--from raw materials to finished products--and supply high quality products with food safety and security, by operating our"Food safety and quality management system"

Supplying products based on food safety and quality management

Showa Sangyo supplies customers with safe, high-quality products by adhering to its "Three Principles for a Risk-Free Approach" in all processes--from procurement of raw materials to manufacturing and shipping.
We have established our own "Food Safety and Quality Management System" to ensure compliance with these three principles and address customer's requests and feedback.
Centered on the "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system", Showa Sangyo's system is a quality assurance framework that encompasses management systems, such as "ISO 22000", "FSSC 22000" and "ISO 9001", and the "American Institute of Baking (AIB) Food Safety System". We have identified structural and personnel roles needed for operating this system. By actively addressing various issues linked to improvements, this system will contribute to even higher customer satisfaction.

"The Three Principles for a Risk-Free Approach" are as follows:

Principle 1
"No questionable materials allowed"
at the raw materials procurement stage
Principle 2
"No processing of questionable products"
at the manufacturing stage
Principle 3
"No shipping of questionable products"
at the shipping stage
